It’s been a long time since we’ve heard a trailer for a new Star Wars movie, and it’s been almost two decades since the last time we saw the original trilogy in theaters.
Now, fans are once again excited to see what happens when we get our first glimpse of the third movie in the new trilogy.
While we still don’t know much about what to expect from this upcoming Star Wars film, there’s one thing we do know: We’re about to get a whole lot more exciting in the movies that follow.
Star Wars director Rian Johnson recently revealed in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that we can expect the new Star War movie to have some pretty epic and memorable scenes in the films that follow it.
The director is referring to a new “extended universe” in which the original movies take place, and he said that they’re going to introduce more of the characters and themes that fans love.
“We are really excited to do something that will take you into a whole new world of stories,” Johnson said.
“It’s going to be a different take on the original stories that you loved and we are going to have new characters and characters that you don’t love and we’re going in a different direction that you never knew existed.”
While this “extension” is certainly a long way off, Johnson said that the idea of a “Star Wars movie in a world that is not ours” is “a really exciting thing.”
It’s something fans have been asking for for decades, so we can definitely expect a lot of new characters, as well as some pretty incredible and exciting scenes.
Here’s a look at some of the new characters that we’re likely to see in the upcoming Star War film:C-3POThe iconic, blue-eyed droid has been around since the very beginning of Star Wars and he’s been the face of the Star Wars universe ever since the original films were released.
However, he’s now also a member of the Resistance, which is something that’s been hinted at in some trailers for the upcoming film.
Johnson told THR that he had a lot more “depth” to C-3P’s backstory, which could lead us to some big surprises for fans.
“C-2PO is a big part of our universe.
There are so many different stories to tell with C-2P.
He is a real character,” Johnson told The Hollywood Press.
“And C-4PO, who is another character that you’ll get to see a little bit more in the film.
He’s one of the most iconic characters in the universe.”
A new Resistance memberThe Resistance is now a group of “young heroes” who have been trained by Obi-Wan Kenobi in order to take on Darth Vader and the Empire.
Johnson said in his interview with THR that there will be a lot to look forward to in the movie, which he described as “a very dark, gritty, intense kind of story.”
We know that there are new characters like Zeb Orrelios, who has been revealed as a “young woman” with a dark past, and Yoda, who was a member a Jedi Temple before being banished to the Dark Side of the Force.
“There are a lot [of] characters we haven’t seen in a lot, and we’ll get a lot in the story that’s not going to make sense in the context of the other movies, and then some new characters we will,” Johnson explained.
“You’re going into a galaxy that’s dark, you’re going through a lot.
You’re going up against all kinds of crazy, crazy characters.”
We’ll also be seeing some familiar faces in the future, including a few familiar faces from the Star Trek universe.
Johnson explained that the characters that he’ll be introducing in the “extensions” of the previous films will be “bigger and more interesting.”
Johnson also said that we will be seeing a lot “franchise stuff” in the next Star Wars flick.
“We have a lot that’s going on in the ‘Star Trek’ universe, so that’s part of it,” he said.
While Johnson said we’ll see more “fandoms” in his next film, he did say that he will be doing “big” movies.
“I’m not going for one-off movies.
I’m going for big franchises, because I think that’s the only way to do it.
I think we have the best franchise in the world.
And so, I’m looking forward to doing big, big movies.”
Star Wars and other sci-fi and fantasy properties are a big source of income for Johnson, and fans have wanted to see his films do something different from the rest of the franchise.
The original Star Wars trilogy was the first to feature a major female lead, and Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace was the
